Danny Lee has had his second round cut short at the PGA Championship, but remains in touch with leaders at Whistling Straits.
Lee was at one-under for his round through 13 holes when play was suspended for the day due to inclement weather, leaving him at five-under for the tournament and sitting four shots off the lead held by Australian duo Jason Day and Matt Jones.
After sitting in a share of third at four-under after his first round, Lee couldn't find any birdies when starting on the back nine this morning, bogeying the par five 16th to slip well off the pace early on.
Low scores were there to be had at the Scott Dye-created course, with Japan's Hiroshi Iwata tying the record for lowest round in a major tournament with a 63, and South African George Coetzee firing a 65.
Lee managed to pick up the pace after the turn, making birdies on the par-five second and par-four fourth to move back into a share of 12th with five holes left in his round.
