However, it's not the first time Sytch has faced time behind bars. She was arrested four times between 2015 and 2016 pleading guilty to three accounts of driving under the influence.
Sytch was then sentenced to 97 days in prison, but was credited for 95 days in rehab and was released without having faced a single day behind bars.
Sytch was warned in court that any trouble during her probation period would have serious consequences, but just 18 days later she pleaded guilty to driving without a licence, registration, insurance and having licence plates displayed that did not belong to her.
The porn star then paid a $2000 settlement fine for an agreement that saw Sytch's prosecutor's drop all charges.
In February 2017, Sytch agreed to attend a WWE-sponsored rehab programme and was ordered to report to the in-patient drug rehabilitation centre during her probation period.
Sytch was also ordered to perform 75 hours of community service with "zero-tolerance" for the possession and consumption of alcohol and non-prescribed medication.
The release orders from February show that Sytch failed to adhere to the judge's orders which resulted in a petition to revoke her parole that was filed on August 22, 2017.
A warrant for her arrest was issued on August 23, but was kept under wraps.
Based on the original verdict against Sytch, the former WWE star could now face up to five years in prison.
