New Zealand Knights soccer coach Paul Nevin has been suspended for two matches and fined an undisclosed sum for bringing the game into disrepute during last Thursday's 0-1 A-League loss to Central Coast Mariners.
The ban was handed down after an Football Federation Australia judicial hearing into the 86th-minute incident at North Harbour Stadium when an angry Nevin advanced towards a Mariners player and was held back by New Zealand referee Peter O'Leary.
