The Wellington Phoenix have suffered another injury blow ahead of tonight's A-League clash with the Brisbane Roar in Dunedin.

Spanish midfielder Dani Sanchez won't play tonight as he battles a hip flexor injury that still isn't quite right.

His place in the midfield will be taken by Nick Ward.

Brent Griffiths gets the nod at left back in place of the injured Tony Lochhead and New Zealand under 20 international Cameron Lindsay also makes the match day squad.

He's in line for his first appearance for the club, off the bench.
