KEY POINTS:
The Phoenix have to reshuffle their starting line-up for tonight's penultimate match of their A-League season against Melbourne Victory at the Telstra Dome.
While the Phoenix are out of the play-off race, the Victorians hold faint, but realistically unlikely, hopes.
Brazilian utility Daniel returns from his two-match suspension during which he was back home for the birth of his first child - a son named Daniel - and is likely to start.
He should be joined by Tim Brown and Vince Lia who missed the 2-0 loss to Sydney FC through suspension.
But as they return, captain Ross Aloisi, Richard Johnson and Tony Lochhead move aside - to sit out one-match bans.
Coach Ricki Herbert, taking deserved pride from what has been a sound debut season for the club, is determined to finish on a high.
"We're very focused on this - we've got two big ones left - and Melbourne are always a good scalp to get.
"Then we go to the Central Coast to play the league leaders," said Herbert.
"They're the only team we haven't taken points off this season so we certainly won't be letting up in that one either."
Herbert bemoaned the lack of good ball to his strikers as a reason for last week's loss.
He will be looking for better tonight with Daniel a key in that.
The match will be live at 10pm on SS1.
