Knights soccer manager John Adshead has given a no holds barred assessment of his side's present state of mind.
Adshead's charges had an upbeat training yesterday after a break of a couple of weeks, and he concedes they are almost having a post-season debrief now to address the season's numerous difficulties.
He feels there has been a bit of unprofessionalism, and that is disappointing, but at least sports fans know who the Knights are if they do start getting results.
Adshead says everyone in the club needs to have a good long look in the mirror to say "could I have done things differently?"
He believes almost everyone, including himself, would be saying "yes".
Meanwhile, former captain Danny Hay remains locked out because of his ongoing legal issue with the club.
The Knights play again on December 30 against Sydney FC at North Harbour Stadium.
