New Zealand Knights manager John Adshead has made just two changes to his 15-man squad to face the Newcastle Jets in tomorrow's A-League match in Auckland.
Josh Maguire and Jeremy Brockie return to the squad, replacing Xiaobin Zhang and Sean Devine respectively.
The squad was otherwise unchanged after the 1-3 loss to the Central Coast Mariners last week which saw the bottom-placed Knights slump to their seventh consecutive loss on Saturday.
Club management held a press conference on Tuesday confirming Adshead would coach the side for the remainder of the season to quell suggestions Adshead would be axed.
"It is only minor tweaking of the squad this week with a nice settled look to it," Adshead said today after naming his side.
"The key will be to play as well as we did in the opening 45 minutes against the Mariners and combine that with the second half effort of a week before against Sydney.
"We simply must perform well over 90 minutes if we are to be competitive.
"We have proved we can do so in bursts but must now put a total match together."
New Zealand Knights squad:
Danny Milosevic, Glen Moss, Darren Bazeley, John Tambouras, Danny Hay (captain), Steve Fitzsimmons, Ben Collett, Simon Yeo, Zenon Caravella, Cole Tinkler, Jeremy Brockie, Josh Maguire, Josh Rose, Imaya Naoki, Kris Bright.
