The Wellington Phoenix want answers from Football Federation Australia after they downgraded Melbourne Victory striker Besart Berisha's A-League suspension.
Berisha managed to turn his two-game suspension into a one-match ban after he told the FFA disciplinary committee that Phoenix captain Andrew Durante pushed down on his throat before he kicked out at him.
In a statement the Phoenix say they've seen the video evidence made available to the disciplinary committee and are concerned with several aspects of the case.
They're upset video evidence was ignored in favour of two still photographs and that testimony's from the Melbourne Victory have subsequently questioned the reputation and character of Durante.
