Has this Argentine football club designed the craziest goalkeeper workout in world football?
Footage has emerged of Sportivo Dock Sud coach Diego Svery putting the club's keepers through an intensive training regime, which involves barriers engulfed in flames, players making saves while hanging upside down from the crossbar, as well one of the shot stoppers jumping out of a train car.
The club's rigourous training workout appears to be helping the Avellaneda Partido-based team, as they currently sit in seventh place on the Primera C table, conceding 15 goals from 18 outings, leaving them just four points shy of league leaders Midland.
A seventh-place finish will qualify Dock Sud for the league's post-season play-offs, giving the team a chance at promotion to Argentina's third tier of football.
