Soccer: Victory scramble after sending off

Melbourne Victory hope strikers Robbie Kruse and Archie Thompson will return for their next A-League soccer final to offset an expected suspension to fellow frontman Nik Mrdja.

Mrdja's ejection on Thursday night comes with a minimum two-game ban, costing him a spot in the March 7 return leg, as well as either the preliminary or grand final.
