Australia will have home advantage in the second leg of their World Cup soccer playoff tie against the team finishing fifth in the South American qualifying competition.
The first leg will be in South America on November 12 with the return in Australia four days later.
Uruguay, who knocked Australia out in the final playoff for the 2002 finals 3-1 on aggregate, currently occupy fifth spot in the South American group.
Fifa's executive committee has upheld a decision taken by the World Cup organising committee on that Uzbekistan's first leg Asian qualifier against Bahrain must be replayed following a refereeing error.
The match will be replayed in Uzbekistan on October 8 with the return in Bahrain on October 12.
