The biggest road trip in domestic football anywhere in the world means the Knights soccer team is going to extremes in its training.
The Knights match against Perth kicks off at 1am on Saturday morning our time so the Knights have resorted to late night training sessions to try to get their bodies used to playing at that time.
That means training between 8pm and 10pm this week.
Knights coach Paul Nevin says the 8pm starts are an attempt to deal with the huge time difference.
Nevin points out that this is something that probably does not happen in domestic leagues anywhere in the world, and with such a huge time lag, they are just trying to get their bodies prepared to work at that time of the evening.
The Knights will be without Che Bunce and Gregory Duruz after they were red carded last week but hope to have Ghanaian Hamza Mohammed cleared to play.

Meanwhile, Sydney FC has moved into equal second on the ladder following a 4-1 victory over Adelaide in the latest round of the A-league last night.
