A recent bomb scare is barely troubling the Football Ferns as they prepare for the invitational Cyprus Cup tournament.
A bomb explosion damaged the car of a Cypriot match official late last week, which led to all first division matches over the weekend postponed.
Football Fern defender Abby Erceg says it's something most of the side are used to, having travelled to big events before.
"Go to the Olympics, there's threat there and things like that as well so it's all part of the job you've got to learn how to deal with it, carry on with what you're doing. There's not much we can do about it except for take a few extra security measures. Other than that it's business as usual, making sure we do our job and get ready for game day.''
Their first match is against Ireland on Thursday morning.
