Soccer: Central lineup ruled by date

Chatham Cup holders Central face a testing away third-round tie - with or without their internationals.

The Ricki Herbert/Paul Posa-coached side will play Taupo at Crown Reserve in the June 12-13 round.

All Whites coach Ken Dugdale has agreed any domestic-based All Whites can play, but only if the games are scheduled for June 12. The Confederation's Cup-bound squad assemble the following day.

Central have Ross Nicholson, Tinoi Christie, Ivan Vicelich, Mark Elrick and Paul Urlovic in the All Whites squad.

Mt Albert Grammar have their third away tie - this time against premier side Bay Olympic - while Auckland Grammar are at home to first-division University.

The eight surviving North Island League clubs have avoided each other.
