Queensland Fury have signed talented young New Zealand striker Jeremy Brockie to the club's inaugural Hyundai A-League squad. Chairman Don Matheson said the 23-year-old had represented his country 23 times at under-20 and under-23 level, scoring eight goals in 11 Olympic qualifying games, and one goal from two appearances at this year's Beijing Olympics. Brockie had one-year stints in the A-League with the New Zealand Knights (2005) and Sydney FC (2006).
