Sydney FC has unveiled World Cup winning Brazilian Juninho Paulista as their marquee player for the 2007-08 A-League soccer season.
The signing of the 34-year-old attacking midfielder ends the club's long search for a top player to replace Dwight Yorke, who returned to England with Sunderland 11 months ago.
Juninho joined Sydney on a one-year deal reportedly worth A$1 million ($1.1 million). He scored five goals in 50 appearances for Brazil between 1995 and 2003.
