Soccer: Aussie 'to stay' at Rovers

Blackburn manager Sam Allardyce says he expects Australian Vince Grella to remain with the English Premier League club despite reports linking him with Galatasaray.

Reports in England suggested the Turkish club was ready to make another bid for the Socceroos midfielder, after an initial deal fell through. But Allardyce said yesterday after his side's friendly 2-1 win over Sydney FC there had been no new contact.
