A Swiss goalie has scored a contender for goal of the season after netting a long distance stunner for amateur side Dardania Lausanne last week.

Dominique Niederhauser rushed out of his own box to collect the ball off his chest before sending a strike downfield with his left foot.

The ball amazingly sailed over the Genolier-Begnins goalie for a 75-metre plus goal.

Niederhauser's side went on to win 6-1.
