Crystal Palace manager Ian Holloway will serve a two-match ban after deciding not to appeal the sanction handed down by the English Football Association.
The FA said it has received notification from the South London club that Holloway accepted the ban he received after confronting the match officials following his team's Premier League loss to Tottenham last month.
Holloway was unhappy that a penalty was awarded against his newly-promoted side, allowing Roberto Soldado to give Tottenham a 1-0 win from the spot. Holloway also complained to referee Mark Clattenburg after the match in behavior the FA said amounted to "improper conduct."
The FA said Holloway, who has also been handed a 18,000 pound ($28,000) fine, will serve the suspension "with immediate effect."
