Neymar recovered from a hip injury and will play Brazil's friendly against South Korea on Saturday in Seoul.
The Barcelona striker practiced on Friday, a day after he was hurt in training after a challenge by Lazio midfielder Hernanes. Neymar left the field in pain and was listed as doubtful for the friendly.
Brazil doctors said on Friday the injury was not serious and the player was fit to play.
Neymar was replaced by Zenit forward Hulk after leaving the practice on Thursday, and coach Luiz Felipe Scolari hinted both players will likely start Saturday's match at the World Cup Stadium. The duo played together during the Confederations Cup this year, when Brazil won the title.
Brazil will also play Zambia in Beijing on Tuesday.
