Louis van Gaal claims 'sex masochism' after Marouane Fellaini has hair pulled

Leicester are just two points from clinching the Premier League title - but only after a hair-raising bust-up between Robert Huth and Marouane Fellaini.

Claudio Ranieri's men will be crowned champions if Tottenham fail to win at Chelsea on Monday night after securing a hard-fought point in a 1-1 draw with Manchester United.

But the game was overshadowed by an amazing clash between Leicester defender Huth and United midfielder Fellaini that could land both players with three-match bans.

As the Leicester man pulled his hair in the area, Fellaini elbowed Huth in the neck before taking another swipe at the German.

United boss Louis van Gaal later made to pull the hair of a Sky interviewer when questioned, saying: 'When you see what Huth is doing to Fellaini, that's a penalty.

Bizarrely he added: 'Shall I grab you by your hair? What is your reaction when I grab your hair?

'Your hair is much shorter than Fellaini but when I do that, what are you doing then? It's a normal reaction.

'Every human being who is grabbed by the hair, only with sex masochism, then it is allowed but not in other situations.

'Huth was the guy who grabbed the hair of Fellaini. I think the reaction of Fellaini is like a human being. He is always like that.'

The Huth-Fellaini clash was missed by the officials but retrospective action for violent conduct could see the FA issue three-match bans.

Sky pundit Graeme Souness said: 'There is a bit of a tangle and I tell you what, Huth is lucky as well as Fellaini. I say Huth is lucky because he (Fellaini) has caught him under the chin.

'If that catches him full square across his face, then he's lost several teeth or broken his nose and I don't think he can stay on the pitch.

'In that respect, he is lucky, but Fellaini won't escape a ban for that. I just can't see it.'
