Dario Vidosic scored in the 12th minute of extra time to give the Western Sydney Wanderers a 5-4 win over Brisbane on Sunday in an extraordinary semifinal in Australian football's A-League.
Western Sydney had rallied from 3-0 down after 23 minutes to lead 4-3 before conceding an 80th-minute goal that forced the match into extra time.
Substitute Vidosic then scored to propel Western Sydney into next weekend's grand final against Adelaide United.
Brisbane scored three goals in a seven-minute period of the first half to lead 3-0 but Western Sydney struck back with two goals before halftime, then equalized in the 53rd minute.
Romeo Castelen completed a hat trick to give the Wanderers a 4-3 lead before Jamie Maclaren's second goal brought the teams even at 4-4 at fulltime.
