Germany are fourth at 7-2, followed by Senegal and South Korea at 16-1, Turkey at 20-1 and the United States at 25-1.
Rival bookmaker Ladbrokes have Brazil at 2-1, followed by England, Germany and Spain at 7-2, South Korea 14-1, Senegal 16-1, Turkey 18-1 and the United States 33-1.
