Football Ferns assistant coach Danny Robinson is leaving New Zealand Football to take up a role with Burton Albion in England.
Robinson has been with New Zealand Football for the past six years, a member of the Football Ferns for the past four, and coached them at the past two Olympic Games.
Robinson played for Burton Albion for four years and will manage the club's academy.
"My time as a player at Burton Albion were four of my happiest footballing years," said Robinson. "I made a lot of friends within the club and the community and I have closely followed the Brewers' rise in English football from the other side of the world. A dream was that one day I could return to England with my family and be involved at the club in some way."
