Jeremy Brockie enjoys playing against the Melbourne Victory.
The man of many A-League clubs, five to be precise, has found the back of the net seven times in 15 appearances against the Victory since he began his time in the competition with the now-defunct New Zealand Knights back in 2005.
Brockie is yet to score for the Wellington Phoenix this season and as Ernie Merrick's side head across the Tasman to meet the Victory at AAMI Park on Monday night, the striker knows he needs to get off the mark.
Despite Brockie's lack of goals, Wellington haven't had any problems in the attacking department with Nathan Burns and Michael McGlinchey both in hot form as the Phoenix have started the season with two wins from their first three games.
"As long as we are winning games it doesn't really bother me who's scoring the goals," Brockie said. "But it's good to see that we are finally scoring goals on a regular basis and finishing teams off."
