Arsenal ended the English Premier League season in second place after Olivier Giroud scored a hat trick overnight to lead Arsenal to a 4-0 victory over relegated Aston Villa.
The result, combined with Tottenham's 5-1 defeat against Newcastle, means that Arsenal finished the season one point ahead of their north London rivals.

City will almost certainly finish in fourth place - and above rival Manchester United who had their match against Bournemouth called off due to the bomb disposal unit carrying out a controlled explosion outside Old Trafford.
Champions Leicester ended their season with a 1-1 draw against last season's champions Chelsea.
