TALLINN, Estonia (AP) Estonian prosecutors have charged 11 men with fixing 17 matches, including three Europa League games.
Public prosecutor's office spokeswoman Katrin Lunt says the case was part of a betting scam that involved teams in Estonia, Lithuania and Ukraine.
Eight of the defendants are players in Estonian clubs JK Narva Trans and JK Tallinna Kalev. They have been suspended pending the investigation.
Narva officials did not immediately return calls seeking comment. A Tallinna official declined to comment.
Prosecutors suspect the defendants fixed 17 games in 2011-12, including 13 Estonian league and cup matches, a Lithuanian league match and three Europa League matches. They didn't give any more details on the matches.
