West Ham and All Whites defender Winston Reid has accused Manchester United's Bastian Schweinsteiger of elbowing him in the face after a goalless draw at Old Trafford on Sunday.
Reid has insisted that referee Mark Clattenburg should have sent off the German international following the incident just before halftime.
Reid fell to the floor as a corner was taken.
'It was a red card,"said Reid after the game. "He knows what he's done - he's elbowed me in the face. The referee couldn't see it, so we move on.'"
"I'm sure if he did see it, it would have been a straight red. Of course we are disappointed but it happens. He just didn't see it."
