The All Whites World Cup squad has been announced.
With the majority of the squad already confirmed for next month's tournament in South Africa, coach Ricki Herbert gave the remaining spots to Aaron Clapham, Jeremy Brockie, David Mulligan and Jeremy Christie.
Uncapped 23-yeard-old Clapham is the bolter in the squad. He shot to prominence playing for Canterbury United in the domestic competition and stood out for New Zealand A during yesterday's trial match against the NZFC All Stars.
Brockie and Mulligan proved their worth during the 10-day training camp for Australasian-based players after both looked like they would miss the plane to South Africa.
