All Whites midfielder Dan Keat has linked with Swedish second division club Falkenbergs FF on a one-year deal.
The former LA Galaxy player, who studied politics and international relations during his time at Dartmouth College in the United States prior to turning professional, was without a club for the past three months after being released by the Galaxy in January.
The Wellingtonian has played five internationals for New Zealand and started in the All Whites' last World Cup qualifier against the Solomon Islands in Honiara late last month where they won 2-0 in a dead rubber contest.
Keat joins fellow Kiwi Craig Henderson in Sweden. Henderson, who plays for first division side Mjallby AIF, is a New Zealand age-group representative but is yet to make his senior debut for the All Whites with injury having curtailed his career.
Keat, 25, has begun training with his new side and their season begins this month.
