All Whites striker Chris Wood came off the bench to strike late and then scored in a penalty shootout to help Leeds United reach the quarter-finals of the League Cup.
Leeds edged past fellow Championship side Norwich 3-2 on penalties after the match was level 2-2 after extra-time.
Wood netted in the 109th minute from close range, his ninth goal of the season, to draw Leeds level for a second time after he was brought on as a substitute midway through the second half.
The 24-year-old then converted Leeds' first spot kick as goalkeeper Marco Silvestri saved three Norwich efforts to send the home side into the last eight of the competition.
