AMSTERDAM (AP) Ajax beat Go Ahead Eagles 6-0 in Amsterdam to move into second place in the Dutch league, including two goals in two minutes by Kolbein Sigthorsson.
PSV remains in first despite a 2-1 loss to AZ in Alkmaar on goals from Nick Viergever and Aron Johannsson. It was Eindhoven's first defeat of the season.
For Ajax, the fireworks began after halftime: The Go Ahead defense scored an own goal as the first of the match, and then Ajax knocked in four more within five minutes.
In the AZ-PSV match, Nick Viergever headed in a corner at 20 minutes, but PSV's Memphis Depay equalized on a free kick before halftime. Johannnson scored the winner in the 57th, knocking a looping ball over goalkeeper Przemyslaw Tyton.
