Whole sesame snapper
An ideal summer dish for the barbeque. The perfect fish is a pan-size snapper but cod and gurnard are also tasty.
Ingredients:
Whole snapper with head and tail removed.
Tablespoon of crushed garlic.
Tablespoon of ginger.
1 cup of soya sauce.
1 spring onion (chopped).
Sesame oil.
