Back rower Jake Schatz led the way for the visitors for 27 Fantasy points while front rower James Hanson had 25. Liam Gill continued his strong season with 23 to take his tally to 85 from six games. For the Highlanders Brad Thorn top scored with 16 points, all coming from 16 tackles, while fellow off-season signing Ma'a Nonu had 15 points.
Hurricanes 46 Kings 30
Lots of points on offer in this game with 22 players making double figures. 'Canes backrower Brad Shields had another solid week, his third straight, by picking up 26 Fantasy points helped by his first try of the season. Five other Hurricanes players crossed the line while Beauden Barrett's seven successful kicks got him 18 points.
Chiefs 23 Blues 16
The Chiefs' forwards proved their dominance in this game with Ben Tameifuna (21 points), Liam Messam (20) and Tanerau Latimer (20) all scoring well.Richard Kahui had 18 points in a brilliant all-round performance while Gareth Anscombe missed just one kick from six attempts to score 16 points. Sam Cane came off the bench to pick up eight points and now sits in second spot in the season tally with 128. There was little to talk about for the Blues with just one player Luke Braid with 11, scoring double figures while five scored in the negatives.
Brumbies 23 Bulls 20
Despite being in a losing cause JJ Engelbrecht led all scorers with 22 points for the Bulls, easily the best game for the Bulls back. Christian Lealiifano scored 18 for the Brumbies to pass the 100 point mark for the season. Morne Steyn missed his first kick in three weeks but converted on four attempts to finish with 15 points.
