Sir Mark Todd and NZB Campino finished the highest of the Kiwis at the Rolex Kentucky CCI4* Three Day Event on Monday morning (NZT), placing seventh.
Rain was again an important component in Lexington, as Todd attained 60.4 penalty points in his final round, where he had an early fence down, but rode well for the remainder of the round.
Jock Paget and Clifton Signature had three down but finished within the allocated time frame, placing 14th with 69.1 penalty points.
Other New Zealand riders Blyth Tait, riding Xanthus III, and Joe Meyer, riding Clip Clop, came in at 44th and 51st respectively.
German rider Michael Jung and FischerRocana FST dominated to finish first, scoring 39.2 penalty points to take the title.
