Waikato rider Donna Smith has finished 17th at the prestigious Rolex Kentucky three-day equestrian event in the United States.
Lying sixth after the dressage, Smith and her horse Call Me Clifton incurred 17.6 cross country time faults, plus three showjumping rails and three time faults on the final day.
It was a respectable performance in a world-class field.
The event was won by Australian Olympic team gold medallist Andrew Hoy on Master Monarch.
