New Zealand sneaked a thrilling win in the Boekelo International Horse Trials in the Netherlands today.
The New Zealand quartet of Lucy Jackson, Tim Price, Jock Paget and Annabel Wigley held off Britain by 1.6 penalty points.
Jackson was the star turn, finishing second overall on Willy Do, with Price and Bango 12th.
New Zealand led going into the final showjumping phase but only .7 of a point covered the top three teams.
The Netherlands jumped from sixth to third, while Australia, second going into the showjumping, piled on 32 penalty points to slip to fourth.
Frenchman Thomas Carlile aboard Sirocco du Gers won the individual title.
