Norwegian rider Tony Andre Hansen, who had won a bronze medal but was disqualified from the Beijing Games because of doping to his horse, has filed an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Hansen was banned for four and a half months after his horse returned a positive test for capsaicin.
