DAN Carter could be excused for having a sore left leg from the amount of goalkicking he does - but it's the former All Black star's signing hand that will be getting a real workout over the next few days.
Carter's best-selling biography has just been released in Europe where he is now based with French club Racing Metro.
So when he was contacted to sign some books, he duly agreed.
It looks like it will take him longer than a rugby match to get through them all.
Carter could see the humour in his challenge, posting a picture to Facebook of himself looking rather rueful at the task ahead.
