Dan Carter's Racing 92 lost any hope of advancing out of their pool in the European Champions Cup over the weekend.
A 23-7 loss to Glasgow was the French club's third straight and all but sealed their early departure from the tournament.
And in a loss that will certainly hurt the players, Carter had arguably one of the worst games of his career - and infamous English rugby critic Stephen Jones was the first to slam the former All Black.
Jones tweeted: "Theory that Dan Carter seen as truly great player because he played in a great side gains yet more weight in non-performance against Glasgow."
