He may be the best player in world rugby and was man of the match in the Rugby World Cup final but former All Blacks first five-eighth Dan Carter hasn't had the easiest first training session at his new French club.
Carter, who played 112 tests for the All Blacks, tweeted 'I didn't really know what I was doing half the time," following his first training session with Racing 92.
Carter retired from international rugby after kicking 19 points in the World Cup final victory over Australia. A few days later he was named World Rugby player of the year for a third time.
Carter was introduced to supporters Racing 92 on Friday and said he was excited about beginning what is reputedly the richest club contract in history, in the sphere of 1 million euros ($1.6 million) per season.
