PARIS (AP) A brief look at Sunday's 21st and last stage of the 100th Tour de France:
Stage: The 21st and final stage was a largely processional 133-kilometer (82-mile) jaunt starting at the Versailles Palace, the former residence of three kings and their seat of power until the French revolution of 1789, and ending on the tree-lined avenue of the Champs-Elysees.
Stage winner: German sprinter Marcel Kittel won his fourth stage of the Tour, surpassing Chris Froome's mark of three. Kittel held off countryman Andre Greipel in a dash to the line, with British rider Mark Cavendish finishing third.
Yellow Jersey: Froome. All he had to do was to stay on the bike and he did so without any trouble, even treating himself to a glass of champagne as he rode into Paris.
Stat of the day: 9:33 p.m. The finishing time of the 100th Tour after its first ever evening finish.
