PONFERRADA, Spain (AP) Pauline Ferrand Prevot of France won the road race in a photo finish at the road cycling world championships on Saturday.
Two-time defending champion Marianne Vos of the Netherlands was among riders caught and overtaken by Ferrand Prevot just meters before the finish line of the 127-kilometer (79-mile) course.
Vos finished 10th, off the podium for the first time in seven years.
Lisa Brennauer of Germany took silver for her third medal of the week after winning gold in the individual time trial and the team time trial.
Sweden's Emma Johansson was third.
