Jeremy Yates has won stage five of the Wellington Cycle Classic by three minutes from his nearest rival.
He won the 125 kilometre Masterton circuit from Canadian national champion Dominique Perras, with the peleton nearly five minutes further back.
However there's been no change to the overall race lead, with another Canadian, Eric Wohlberg, retaining the yellow jersey.
