Bradley Wiggins is just two days away from being confirmed the winner of the Tour de France, but it's his efforts helping a teammate to the stage win that he's getting praise for.
Fellow Brit Mark Cavendish has scored a sensational sprint win on stage 18, setting out around 500 metres from the line and leaving everyone in his wake.
Wiggins was part of the group that helped Cavendish to the front and the stage winner is delighted.
"I haven't done nothing this tour so I've saved so much energy because I haven't even arrived to a sprint so I knew I'd go long today and no one would be able to pass me."
Cavendish says he owes the win to his teammates who gave up their effort for him in a team meeting before the stage.
