Cycling: Scott Guyton wins tour of Southland

Rotorua cyclist Scott Guyton has won the Tour of Southland.


Guyton has finished 23 seconds ahead of Hastings rider Jeremy Yates.


Guyton and Yates finished the final stage in the main peleton with Christchurch's Fraser McMaster winning the stage from Dunedin's Greg Henderson.


Earlier Guyton made his move on the 9th stage, turning a 50 second deficit into a 25 second lead.
