Cycling: Nibali close to victory

Vincenzo Nibali was on the verge of becoming the first Italian in 20 years to win the Tour of Spain after keeping pace with Spain's Ezequiel Mosquera in the last mountain stage yesterday.

With just one short, flat stage remaining and a a 41-second lead over Mosquera, Liquigas-Doimo rider Nibali should claim overall victory in Madrid today.
