Drugs-tarnished cyclist Floyd Landis is vowing again to clear his name.
He has made an emotional appearance on American television this morning, pleading his innocence against two positive drugs tests for high levels of testosterone during the Tour de France.
However, he can not explain the test results.
All he can offer is that either the tests do not work, or something happened to his urine sample!
He has also taken the opportunity to denounce the International Cycling Union for making announcements on his positive tests, against their own rules, forcing him to come out and explain.
Landis says he has had to speak out, as he feels the UCI has hung him out to dry.
Landis' case has already been referred by cycling officials to the United States Anti-Doping Agency.
