Controversial American cyclist Floyd Landis will return to New Zealand for next month's Tour of Southland.
Landis was a surprise entry in last year's edition and was still strenuously denying at the time that he was a drugs cheat.
But he confessed earlier this year that he did indeed take performance enhancing drugs.
Tour manager Bruce Ross says they're comfortable with Landis' inclusion.
He says Landis has confessed and done his time.
Landis will race for the Orca Velo Merino team.
