New Zealand's Hayden Roulston has signed with Lance Armstrong's US Postal team, which will be known as Discovery Channel from next year.
He says it is all a done deal and he'll be shaking when he meets the six-time Tour de France winner.
Hayden Roulston says next year will see a revamp of pro-cycling in Europe where it's limited to 15 teams that must do 20 races including the "big three" tours of Italy, Spain and France.
Meanwhile Roulston is the latest to air his thoughts on the New Zealand track cycling spat.
Olympic Madison representative Hayden Roulston says track coach Kurt Innes privately acknowledged his inexperience to the men's pursuit team.
He says Innes told them he was still learning, which was not exactly what they wanted to hear going into the Olympics.
